8.09.2010 Jay Carter appointed as Arizona Board of Governor
Dr. Franklin Santagate appoints Jay Carter as a Board of Governor for the state Arizona. He is a managing partner for Empryean West, a company that unites world capital with US ventures. Jay specifically works with foreign Investors through the EB-5 program, which facilitates investing families with an opportunity to immigrate to America through the EB-5 investment process. Jay becomes the second B of G for Arizona joining David Fyke appointed in May of this year. He is heading two marketplace groups – one through his church and one in the marketplace. Dr. Franklin Santagate state,“I have know Jay for a number of years and I am always refreshed by Jay’s acknowledgement of God’s every moment presence in his life. We are very excited to have Jay join our team as we develop the Marketplace Network.”
5.18.2010 Marketplace Network appoints Phoenix, Arizona Marketplace Network Leader
Dr. Franklin Santagate announces today the appointment of David Fyke as a Marketplace Network Leader in Phoenix, Arizona. He will begin to facilitate and mentor a group of professionals in the Marketplace Network curriculum. David has been with Chicago Title Insurance Company for 25 years. He initiated the Builder Services Department in Maricopa County and developed it to serve the commercial and residential builders and developers throughout the state. As part of the department, he developed the Construction Disbursement Services that now administers construction disbursements in multi-states. In addition, he currently serves as Vice President and State Development Services Manager facilitating the builder/developer services for the State of Arizona. During his 39 years of experience in the title insurance industry, he has served as Chairman of the Central Arizona Homebuilders Association Real Estate Liaison Committee, and the Commissioner’s Public Report Application Re-Write Committee. Currently David is an active member of Leadership West, Arizona Association of Economic Development (AAED), the Real Estate Educator’s Association and is an Arizona Department of Real Estate certified instructor for Real Estate Development and Commissioner’s Rules and Regulation courses. He also is co-founder and President of House of David Ministries, a Para-church teaching ministry. David and Karen, his wife, founded House of David Ministries in 1996 to serve church leadership and to develop ministry leaders to further the Kingdom of God. He has served as Associate Pastor, and Pastor of Helps. Currently, David and Karen are active in Catalyst House, a network of home churches, while serving on the Board of Directors of First Step Ministries and as Ministry Administrator. Dr. Franklin Santagate states, “David Fyke brings a level of excellence to the Marketplace Network leadership that will insure a fruitful and mulitplied teaching of the curriculum principles resulting in men and women being a solution to the challenges of society in which they work. Dr. Franklin Santagate, has become a Charter Member of Ministry 21, which is founded by Steven Strang, publisher of Charisma and Ministry Today. Strang states ” It was the need for fathering and mentoring/coaching that caused us to start the Ministry 21 Network. 5.6.2010 Marketplace Network appoints Nigerian Board of Governor
Dr. Franklin Santagate announces the appointment of Mr. Ifeany Anago, President of Ifeany Anago & Co, of Abaju, Nigeria, as an International Board of Governor for his nation. He is a featured speaker on May 5, 2010 at the “Enthroning Righteousness in Nigeria” conference in Kaduna, the capital of the northeren states of Nigeria, and will introduce the Marketplace Network curriculum ministry during his speaking session. Mr. Anago has reviewed the four quarter curriculum and affirmed it as an excellent tool for the mentorship of working men and women of Nigeria.

July 12, 2009: Coach Mike Vennard, Pastor of Sports Ministries, taught the second chapter of “Balance, Boundaries and Bridges at The Marketplace Network weekly gathering at CTWC. His message today was “Body Balance:Use it or Lose It”. The focus of the lesson presented the intricate relationship with body care and the performance of the soul and spirit. Performance in the marketplace can be directly enhanced or hindered by the health of the body. The material also gave insight on how easy it is to maintain health with regular exercise that does not require much time or money.

July 07, 2009: The Marketplace Network leadership named Daniel Versola its Social Media Director. Daniel will be creating a network of communities for The Marketplace Network including Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and Linkdn. Santagate says “Daniel is one of our up and coming leaders, currently heading up a small group, and now he will begin to use his talents to help create an effective network of community for the message of The Marketplace Network. We look forward to working together”.

July 5, 2009: The Marketplace Network leadership introduced its new curriculum, “V1Q4-Balance, Boundaries and Bridges”. Written by Dr. Santagate, this is the fourth 13-week series designed to mentor, motivate and mobilize men and women of leadership to release godly principles within their sphere of influence. Santagate states, “Balance brings peace; Boundaries bring relational health; and Bridges bring enrichment of life. The first message focused on the importance of a holistic health and balance of spirit, soul and body. This completes our first year of curriculum, (V1Q1-Kingdom Principles for Success; V1Q2-Dreams, Vision, Purpose, Goals and Truth; V1Q3-Kingdom Economics: Maximizing Your Money God’s Way), for a total of 52 weeks of mentoring material that can used for small groups, church Sunday School, or individual application”.

June 18, 2009: The Executive Hour, hosted by The Marketplace Network at the Del Rio Country Club, began the first of a seven part series by Dr. Franklin Santagate. This month’s topic was “Vision is Vital”. Dr. Santagate focused on the absolute importance of dreams and vision for significance in life. “Every great vision is born of a dream and without great vision there can be no significance. While we can accomplish success for ourselves, we can only achieve significance by serving others”, said Santagate. Tom Changnon, Superintendent of Stanilaus County Schools, stated, “Recently, I was visiting and old friend who was 90 years of age. He said to me, ‘Tom, if your memories begin to outnumber your dreams, the end is near”. Fill-in-the-blanks curriculum is used for the meeting and handed out to all in attendance. It is also available upon request. After the presentation there is time for table discussion and sharing. The meeting is designed for C-class executives and up to gather and develop a network of relationships.

May 24, 2009: The Marketplace Network leadership launched its ten week series “Career Prep and Guidance. This class is headed by Marketplace leaders Stu Gilman of External Resources and Linda Hermann, a University of Phoenix professor. The series offers testing, presented by Jim Pyatt, which prepares workplace individuals to identify their natural and spiritual giftings along with their career opportunities that make the most of those giftings. Further, they will hear from marketplace professionals from a number of key areas and be able to explore educational requirements to moving into those career areas.

May 21, 2009: The Marketplace Network leadership hosted The Executive Hour luncheon at the Del Rio Country Club. Guest speaker, Chuck Bryant, Executive Director of the Pinnacle Forum, a leader of Modesto commerce leaders, spoke of the importance of ascending to the top of your area of influence. using his life trek as an example, Chuck stated he finds his greatest fulfilment in the second halftime of his life by doing what he was gifted to do.
