8.09.2010 Jay Carter appointed as Arizona Board of Governor

Dr. Franklin Santagate appoints Jay Carter as a Board of Governor for the state Arizona. He is a managing partner for Empryean West, a company that unites world capital with US ventures. Jay specifically works with foreign Investors through the EB-5 program, which facilitates investing families with an opportunity to immigrate to America through the EB-5 investment process. Jay becomes the second B of G for Arizona joining David Fyke appointed in May of this year. He is heading two marketplace groups – one through his church and one in the marketplace. Dr. Franklin Santagate state,“I have know Jay for a number of years and I am always refreshed by Jay’s acknowledgement of God’s every moment presence in his life.
